guilty feeling

I just got home again from work...i came from night duty and very sleepy. I got a big fight with my fiancee and i want to talk to her but she's asleep and can't reach her via skype. I hope when she wakes up, she callsr me... I hate this feeling...guilt!!!!! grrrrrr!!!! sometimes people feel guilt whenever they do something bad to a person especially when that person is emotionally attached to them...I keep on telling myself to let go of so many negative vibes that leads to rage but i can't help but do such things...I don't want to be that kind of person coz in real life i am a God fearing person...Hope I can overcome this situations even on the worst moments....
